I have a client whose spouse is a legal permanent resident, and who qualifies for a subsidy (Advance Premium Tax Credit, APTC), and his subsidy eligibility notice says:
“• By March 8, 2020, send documents to confirm:
• [Spouse's] immigration status”
And a list of acceptable documentation.
I just sent him an email to remind him.
